About the role
Nam-It is seeking an AI Agent Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of AI Agent products. The role focuses on enhancing AI agent capabilities and ensuring quality through testing and configuration support. You will work closely with global teams to optimize agent performance and usability.
Responsibilities
- Refine AI agent logic, prompts, workflows, and behaviors to improve accuracy, reliability, and usability.
- Support AI-enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality engineering practices.
- Perform peer reviews, smoke testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with platform configuration and technical design initiatives.
- Analyze AI outputs and recommend improvements to agent performance.
- Collaborate with teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS regions in a fast-paced environment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test cases, and process guides.
- Support pilot programs, production releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
