• Integrate AI platforms with Salesforce FSC, nCino, and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Define data governance, Customer 360, and MDM strategies.
• Establish AI security, Responsible AI, MLOps/LLMOps, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive AI transformation, architecture roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ Years
• Strong Lending / Financial Services domain expertise
• Generative AI: LLMs, RAG, Multi-Agent Systems amp; Knowledge Graphs
• Cloud amp; AI Platforms: Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock amp; Hybrid Cloud
• Lending amp; CRM: Salesforce CRM, Financial Services Cloud (FSC) amp; nCino
• Data Architecture: Customer 360, Master Data Management (MDM) amp; Enterprise Data Governance
• AI Engineering: MLOps, LLMOps, REST APIs amp; Event-Driven Architecture
• Security amp; Governance: Zero Trust Security, Responsible AI amp; TOGAF
