AI Automation Analyst

About the Role
The AI & Automation Analyst is responsible for identifying, implementing, and maintaining artificial intelligence tools and automated workflows across DNI's business units. This person bridges the gap between operations and technology, mapping manual or inefficient processes and replacing them with scalable, AI-powered solutions. This is not a theoretical role; it requires hands-on execution, cross-departmental collaboration, and a measurable impact on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Process Assessment & Automation MappingAudit existing workflows across departments to identify automation opportunitiesDocument current processes and design improved, AI-assisted alternativesPrioritize initiatives based on time savings, error reduction, and business impactWork closely with department leads to understand pain points and operational gaps
AI Tool ImplementationResearch, evaluate, and implement AI tools aligned with business needs (e.g., document processing, communication automation, data extraction, reporting)Configure and deploy automation platformsIntegrate AI solutions with existing internal systems and platforms used across DNI entitiesMaintain tool documentation, access credentials, and usage guides for each implemented solution
Workflow Automation & MaintenanceBuild and manage automated workflows for tasks across HR, finance, acquisitions, property management, and executive operationsMonitor active automations for errors, failures, or performance degradationUpdate and iterate on workflows as business processes evolveEnsure data integrity and security across all automated pipelines
Training & Internal EnablementTrain team members on newly implemented tools and workflowsCreate clear, accessible documentation and SOPs for each automationServe as the internal point of contact for AI tool questions and troubleshooting
Reporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack and report on automation performance, time savings, and ROIProactively identify new opportunities as AI capabilities evolveStay current on emerging AI tools and assess their applicability to DNI's operations

Qualifications

Native English or C1/C2

Required SkillsHands-on experience building automationsFamiliarity with AI platforms and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)Analytical mindset comfortable mapping processes and identifying inefficienciesStrong communication skills to translate technical solutions into plain languageSelf-directed and proactive in a fully remote environmentOwnership mentality: if a workflow breaks, this person fixes it
