Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address diverse business challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics.
• Perform data analysis and feature engineering to prepare datasets for model training.
• Implement algorithms and tools that enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance through testing and revisions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay current with the latest AI technologies and promote their adoption within the company.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
• Experience using machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred certifications in machine learning or data science.
• At least 2 years of relevant AI/ML development experience.
