Jorge Galicia is seeking a skilled AI Developer to join our innovative team in Caracas, Distrito Federal, Venezuela. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop cutting-edge machine learning solutions that impact business success and the tech community. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models addressing diverse business challenges. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals and success metrics. Perform data analysis and feature engineering to prepare datasets for training. Implement algorithms and tools to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously monitor and improve model performance through testing and iteration. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay current with AI advancements and promote their adoption within the company. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms. Proficiency in Python and R programming languages. Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred certifications in machine learning or data science. At least 2 years of relevant AI/ML development experience. Join a collaborative, creative environment reporting to the Lead AI Engineer and working closely with developers and data scientists. This position is not remote and requires presence in Caracas.
