About the role
Lead the full implementation of Nexus - a production-ready, multi-agent contact orchestration platform serving industrial clients in Canada.
The system is built on Python / FastAPI and uses a multi-tier AI agent architecture to handle customer contacts across voice, chat, and email channels with automated routing, escalation, and compliance features.
Tasks
- Take this system from its current prototype state to a fully deployed, live production environment - including LLM integration (Google Gemini / OpenAI), Twilio voice telephony, real email gateway, persistent database, and cloud deployment with HTTPS.
Requirements
- Computer Science graduate with hands-on expertise in AI Agents.
- Experience with FastAPI, AI/LLM APIs, Twilio, RAG pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP).
