Teal.ai was born with the purpose of “hacking” 🤯 the traditional way of using data to source profiles in recent years. What would your day-to-day look like?1. You will lead, alongside our technology’s intelligence, the pre-selection and selection of profiles that match the requests we have in production.2. You will manage and assist our Data and AI structure in creating new data points and keeping our core data up to date.3. You will make agile and efficient decisions in the sourcing process we have designed with technology, considering the requirements and criteria set by our clients.4. You will work with our Operations Manager to define new sourcing strategies and methodologies for our algorithms.
What do we expect from you?1. You are currently a university student or a recent graduate in fields related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.2. At least 2 years of experience in scouting, sourcing, or Talent Acquisition.3. Interest and passion for IT, sourcing, recruitment, and talent acquisition.4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 5. Ability to work in a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a startup environment.6. A proactive mindset and the ability to make timely, data-driven decisions.
The salary for the first month will be $500 USD on a part-time basis. For the second month, depending on the results, we can transition the role to full-time.
Where are our offices?
We are fully remote! However, our team has access Lanzadera office in Valencia, perfect for occasional team-building meetups.
