Requirements
- AI/LLM Architecture and Distributed AI Systems
- RAG Pipelines and AI Agent Frameworks
- LLM Internals, Embeddings, and Inference Optimization
- AI Evaluation, Testing, and Performance Tuning
- AI Security, Prompt Injection Prevention, and Responsible AI
- CI/CD, AI Observability, and Scalable Systems
- Strong Technical Leadership and Mentoring Experience
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and pass a mandatory background check
