AIoT Manager

We are hiring an experienced AIoT Manager to lead the business growth and operations of Xiaomi AIoT products, including smart home devices, wearables, TVs, routers, scooters, cameras, and other ecosystem products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and business strategies
• Manage AIoT product categories and product launches
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and demand planning
• Build partnerships with distributors and retail channels
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and HQ teams
• Lead and manage supervisors, promoters, and merchandising teams
• Ensure strong retail execution and brand visibility
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• 3–7+ years of experience in consumer electronics, telecom, retail, or category management
• Experience handling AIoT or smart ecosystem products is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of sales, inventory management, forecasting, and retail operations
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills
