Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and heating units efficiently. Deliver HVAC equipment and materials to various locations, ensuring safety compliance. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions to restore optimal performance. Provide excellent customer service and clear communication about service options. Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. Follow all safety regulations and best practices on job sites. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Certification in HVAC is mandatory. Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong skills in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and time management. Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and technical procedures. 1-3 years of relevant HVAC experience preferred.
