Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related HVAC equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues quickly and provide effective solutions. Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and communicating clearly. Perform regular preventive maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment life. Work closely with team members to coordinate schedules and share best practices. Maintain accurate service records, including billing and inventory management. Identify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services during service calls to support sales efforts. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HVAC software and diagnostic tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Effective time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., EPA certification). Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred. This position is based in Queen Creek, AZ, and is not eligible for remote work.
