Key Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems and related equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently, providing effective solutions to clients. Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and effectively communicating solutions. Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate optimally and prolong equipment lifespan. Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and share best practices to enhance service quality. Maintain accurate documentation of service visits, including billing and inventory management. Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upgrades or additional services during service calls. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively. Familiarity with HVAC-related software and tools. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Time management skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Relevant industry certifications are preferred (e.g., EPA certification). Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC preferred. This role operates in a structured team environment where collaboration and support are key to success.
