Sue Mane is hiring a full-time Air Duct Helper/Apprentice in Orlando, Florida. Join a collaborative HVAC team and learn from experienced technicians while helping improve indoor air quality for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with air duct installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Help inspect and clean duct systems to support efficient operation.
- Take part in team meetings covering project goals and safety protocols.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites and maintain a professional appearance.
- Safely lift and maneuver equipment and complete other physical tasks.
- Document job progress and promptly report issues to the lead technician.
- Participate in ongoing training to build HVAC knowledge and practical skills.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina for hands-on work and equipment handling.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
- HVAC or related certifications and technical skills are beneficial.
Training and Work Environment
