Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair
- With experience in general maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic troubleshooting
- Able to do preventive maintenance
- Handwork, and responsible work and with good attitude
- Willing to be assigned in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City and nearby areas

Qualifications:
- Minimum experience in general maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge in proper maintenance and repairs
