NOW HIRING ALLUMINUM TACK WELDERS REAL WORK. REAL OPPORTUNITY. A BRIGHTER FUTURE. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: • Perform tack welds on aluminum cable ladder components • Align, fit, and position materials • Read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings • Inspect parts for proper fit and quality • Use measuring tools (tape measure, gauges) • Operate hand tools and fabrication equipment • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Assist with other production duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous welding, manufacturing, construction, or fabrication experience is a plus • Basic knowledge of welding principles preferred (not required) • Ability to use hand tools • Ability to read blueprints and measuring devices • Strong attention to detail • Dependable attendance and positive attitude • Willingness to work and shift in the future as a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to stand for extended periods • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 pounds) • Work in a fast-paced environment REQUIRED PPE: • Steel-toe boots • Safety glasses • Welding helmet and gloves • Hearing protection and respirator TEMP-TO-HIRE OPPORTUNITY TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES OVERTIME WHEN AVAILABLE CAREER GROWTH POTENTIAL 1st SHIFT 8 OPENINGS 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Flexible Hours) Open to Weekends 2nd SHIFT 8 OPENINGS 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Flexible Hours) Open to Weekends APPLY IN PERSON: Lyneer Staffing Solutions 10701 Corporate Dr, Suite 154 Stafford, TX 77477 EMAIL:
