JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Perform tack welds on aluminum cable ladder components
• Align, fit, and position materials
• Read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings
• Inspect parts for proper fit and quality
• Use measuring tools (tape measure, gauges)
• Operate hand tools and fabrication equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous welding, manufacturing, construction, or fabrication experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of welding principles preferred (not required)
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Willingness to work and shift in the future as a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 pounds)
• Work in a fast-paced environment

REQUIRED PPE:
• Steel-toe boots
• Safety glasses
• Welding helmet and gloves
• Hearing protection and respirator
