Job description
Requirements
- Strong AWS development experience using Java
- .Experience with API proxy creation, dependency/library upgrades, and JDK upgrades
- .Hands-on experience creating and configuring Amazon Lex bots
- .Proficiency in the Amazon Connect console and Contact Flow Designer
- .Strong understanding of contact flow blocks, routing strategies, queues, and agent configurations
- .Experience integrating Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB
- .Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment across environments
- .Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into efficient, resilient contact flows
- .Experience analyzing contact center data, identifying root causes, and improving operational efficiency
- .Strong collaboration skills with development, QA/testing teams, and business stakeholders.
