Promanager SAS offers opportunities for professional development and participation in projects that impact key financial and administrative decisions.Role Description The Analista Contable will be responsible for performing daily accounting activities, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and local tax regulations. The Analista Contable will review supporting documentation, monitor accounts payable and receivable, and assist with audits and internal controls. The person in this role will collaborate with other departments to provide financial information, answer inquiries, and help improve accounting workflows. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Medellín.Qualifications Solid knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.Experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools.Understanding of local tax regulations, invoicing processes, and compliance requirements in Colombia.Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Relevant technical degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Prior experience in an accounting or financial analysis role is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Medellín and adapt to changing business needs.
