Animal Team

Marsh Farm is looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced individual to join our Animal Team. This is a hands-on role working closely with a variety of farm animals while also engaging with visitors to ensure they have an enjoyable and educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily care and welfare of farm animals, including feeding, cleaning, and health checks
Maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming animal enclosures
Assisting with animal handling and public interaction sessions
Providing excellent customer service and confidently speaking with visitors about the animals

Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on a farm or with livestock
• Experience in lambing/kidding.
• Confident and comfortable speaking to customers of all ages
• A genuine passion for animals and their welfare
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
