Application Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively present and demonstrate their benefits.
• Provide product training to internal teams, distributors, and customers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites or events.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Build and enhance business relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements:
• Must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Science or equivalent field.
• At least 1–2 years of related experience. Preferable with working experience in laboratories.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
• Skilled in preparing clear, engaging and well-structured slide presentations.
• Confident in public speaking and demonstration.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
• Willing to travel outstation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
