Appointment Setter Full-Time in Medellín, Colombia

Axiom Payment System is looking for a motivated and friendly Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. This full-time position is key to connecting potential clients with our services and supporting our customer engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to potential clients via multiple communication channels to schedule appointments.
• Use strong communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects and build rapport.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using CRM software.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and services offered.
• Follow up on scheduled appointments and deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and improve processes.
• Assist in training new appointment setters by sharing best practices and insights.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proven communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and general computer skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
