We are seeking experienced Appointment Setters based in Bogotá, Colombia, who can perform cold outreach calls to set appointments with US recruiters. This is a full-time remote position requiring close to native English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the US
• Set appointments with recruiters effectively and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and appointments
• Communicate clearly and persuasively in English

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold outreach and appointment setting
• Close to native English level required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work full-time remotely from Bogotá

Compensation and Benefits:
