Apprentice Coffee Roaster

Tasks

• Working alongside our roasting and production team, you’ll develop practical skills in roast production, cupping, sensory evaluation, and quality control.
• You’ll learn how coffee origin, processing, and roast development influence flavor, while gaining a deeper understanding of specialty coffee and the industry behind it.
• This is a hands-on production role that also includes packaging, order fulfillment, and equipment care.

Requirements

• We’re looking for someone who cares about coffee, pays attention to detail, and wants to learn the work from the ground up.
• Previous roasting experience is helpful but not required.

• $19–22/hour
