Role Description This full-time Architect role at AXIS is an on-site position based in Guatemala City. The Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing architectural solutions that align with business and technical requirements, ensuring coherence across systems and projects. Daily tasks include developing architectural designs, collaborating with software development teams on solution implementation, and coordinating system integration across platforms. The role also involves managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, preparing technical documentation, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, quality, and standards. The Architect is expected to contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies while supporting cross-functional teams.Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience translating requirements into practical solutions.Proficiency in Integration of systems and services, ensuring interoperability and performance.Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of architectural initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in ArchitectureAbility to work on-site in Guatemala City and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and quality.Experience with industry standards, best practices, and relevant tools (e.g., modeling tools, documentation platforms) is beneficial.
