Key Responsibilities Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints based on client specifications and regulatory requirements. Conduct comprehensive project planning to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize problem-solving skills to address design challenges and meet project constraints. Create technical drawings and specifications using architectural software tools. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to maintain compliance during the design and construction phases. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field. Strong proficiency in design, planning, and project management. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Technical drawing competency and experience with architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, ideally with 3-5 years in architecture.
