Job description
At Ensemble, we're continuing to grow and are looking for experienced Healthcare Architects to join our team in Argentina. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex hospital and healthcare facility projects for international clients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the globe.
📍 Work LocationCandidates must reside in Buenos Aires or Córdoba (required).Hybrid work model (3x2): three remote workdays and two in-office days per week.
✅ What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Architecture 3+ years of proven experience working on Healthcare projects, including hospitals, medical centers, clinics, or ambulatory care facilities.Advanced English (spoken and written). Language skills will be assessed during the interview process.Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.Strong understanding of BIM methodology and industry best practices.Experience developing architectural documentation from schematic design through construction documents.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working in multidisciplinary teams.Solid knowledge of U.S. Building Codes and architectural standards.Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud), and AutoCAD.Experience collaborating with international clients, consultants, and global project teams.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.A valid passport and/or work visa for international travel is a plus (not required).
🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows.Coordinate and manage architectural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.Produce high-quality architectural documentation from concept design through construction documentation.Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors across multiple disciplines.Support the implementation and monitoring of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).Perform quality control reviews to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.Participate in coordination meetings and clash detection/resolution processes.Prepare drawings, schedules, technical documentation, and other project deliverables.Support Project Managers and team leaders in achieving project goals, schedules, and quality standards.
