Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (4-year course) in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing Management
- Entrepreneurship
- Public Administration
- Or any related field

At least 1–2 years of experience in handling people, operations, or general administration.
Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and leadership potential are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Fully own the operations of the assigned area and ensure the achievement of company goals.
- Lead, coach, and supervise operational and administrative personnel.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly and take full accountability for outcomes.
- Fully understand the scope of work and ensure the smooth implementation of all operational processes.
- Know how to do the duties of every backroom staff and be capable of performing them whenever necessary.
- An Area Manager should not only manage and give instructions, but also understand and perform the actual work when needed.
- Be hands-on and never exclude yourself whenever operational issues arise.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement within the assigned area.
