Argus Safety Technical SME – San Francisco, CA

Therxcloud is hiring on behalf of a confidential client for an Argus Safety Technical SME in San Francisco, California. This hybrid, long-term contract role is suited to an experienced Oracle Argus Safety specialist with deep technical, regulatory, and production support expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and administer Oracle Argus Safety, including Argus Console.
• Support Argus upgrades, production operations, system validation, and data migrations.
• Work with Argus Insight, Argus Mart, system integrations, and Argus database architecture.
• Support regulatory submissions, including E2B(R3) and FDA and EMA requirements.
• Contribute to MedDRA and WHODrug dictionary upgrades.
• Lead and mentor offshore technical teams.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of overall IT experience.
• 5 or more years of hands-on Oracle Argus Safety 8.x experience.
• Strong expertise in Argus Console configuration and administration.
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Argus database architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Argus Insight, Argus Mart, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of MedDRA and WHODrug dictionary upgrades.
• Strong understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GVP, GAMP 5, and computer system validation (CSV).
• Experience with Argus upgrades, production support, validation, and data migrations.
• Ability to lead and mentor offshore technical teams.
