Armed or Unarmed Security Training Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated Armed or Unarmed Security officers to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities We offer in-depth training sessions on security protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop and deliver engaging instructional materials, including presentations, training manuals, and assessments. Demonstrate practical security techniques, including surveillance, patrolling, and communication skills, through hands-on exercises. Evaluate trainees’ performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to encourage development. Maintain thorough records of training sessions, participant performance, and compliance with training standards. Collaborate with others to enhance training programs and share best practices. Provide exceptional customer service to trainees, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring a supportive learning environment. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma required; further education or certifications in security or law enforcement is a plus. Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in surveillance practices and security operations. Proficiency in customer service and teamwork within a training setting. At least 2 years of experience in a security or willing to learn. instruction role preferred. The instructor will work closely with a diverse team of professional trainers and training coordinators to ensure the highest quality of instruction. Reporting relationships include collaboration with the Training Manager and coordination with security organizations to remain updated on industry standards.
