As a full-time instructor, you will deliver comprehensive security training programs that prepare individuals for successful careers in security. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth training sessions on security protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and deliver engaging instructional materials, including presentations, training manuals, and assessments.
• Demonstrate practical security techniques such as surveillance, patrolling, and communication skills through hands-on exercises.
• Evaluate trainee performance with assessments and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and compliance with training standards.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance training programs and share best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing trainee inquiries and supporting a positive learning environment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus.
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in surveillance practices and security operations.
• Proficiency in customer service and teamwork within a training setting.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in security or a willingness to learn; prior instructional experience preferred.
