Key Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in paving or construction work.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of paving materials and installation methods.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Paving certifications or relevant training are an advantage but are not required.
