Key Responsibilities Prepare and install artificial paving surfaces across diverse settings, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications. Consult with customers to understand their paving needs and recommend suitable options. Perform site assessments to evaluate project feasibility and provide accurate cost estimates. Utilize paving materials and equipment efficiently to achieve superior results. Maintain a safe, clean work environment adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete paving projects on schedule and within quality expectations. Monitor project progress and quality, making necessary adjustments to uphold high standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in paving or related construction roles. Strong customer service skills with positive client interaction abilities. Knowledge of paving materials, installation techniques, and best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Paving certifications or formal training is advantageous but not required. This contract role reports directly to the Project Manager and offers the opportunity to engage with clients and other stakeholders, playing a key role in project success.
