Utilize paving materials and equipment efficiently to achieve optimal installation results. Maintain a clean, safe worksite and strictly follow health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to complete paving projects on time and within scope. Monitor project progress and quality standards, making adjustments as needed to uphold excellence. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in paving or related construction roles. Strong customer service skills with positive client interaction abilities. Knowledge of paving materials, installation methods, and best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Paving certifications or formal training are advantageous but not mandatory. This contract role reports directly to the Project Manager and involves engaging with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
