Artistic / Creative Director opportunity at Nelson Line, a leading gift and stationery company located in Moorestown-Lenola, New Jersey. We seek a visionary leader with a keen eye for art and strong business acumen to drive creative projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and foster innovative creative ideas for new products and designs. Source art and illustrations; manage licensing agreements. Lead weekly team meetings, assign tasks, and review progress. Oversee production projects including costing, budgeting, content creation, web design, publicity, and sales materials. Manage and mentor the art and production teams. Engage with key customers to present collections and discuss new projects. Required Experience & Skills: Proven experience managing production projects in the stationery, gift, design, or publishing industries. Familiarity with domestic and/or overseas manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop & InDesign). Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Additional Details: Full-time, on-site position in Moorestown-Lenola, NJ. Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Healthcare and dental benefits available.
