Job description
Inno Technologies is hiring a full-time, on-site Collections Advisor (Asesor/a de Cobranza) in San Isidro, Peru. This role supports collections, telesales, and customer service. Candidates with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
Schedule and location
- Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Fixed days off: Sundays, public holidays, and two Saturdays per month for collections and telesales roles.
- On-site work in San Isidro. Living in nearby districts, including Miraflores, is a plus.
Requirements
- Experience in collections, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid Peruvian DNI or foreign resident card (carnet de extranjería).
- Availability to work 100% on-site.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Compensation and benefits
- Fixed salary: S/1200.
- Transportation allowance: S/200.
- Weekly commissions ranging from S/300 to S/1000, with unlimited earning potential.
- Payments twice monthly: 40% mid-month and 60% at the end of the month.
- Paid training.
- Direct enrollment in the Mype payroll system and 100% employer-covered EsSalud insurance.
