Vitalbox is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor (Asesor Comercial) in Bogotá, Colombia. In this customer-focused retail sales role, you will build customer relationships, recommend tailored product solutions, and help the company meet its sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Present products clearly, build rapport, and answer customer questions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Stay informed about products, industry trends, and competitors.
• Follow up with prospective customers to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Work with the marketing team on promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Share customer feedback to help improve service and product offerings.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of sales experience, with a proven record in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
