Novalider Ibarra is seeking a full-time New Vehicle Sales Advisor in Ibarra, Imbabura, Ecuador. Join a collaborative automotive team focused on customer satisfaction and excellent service. You will help customers choose new vehicles that fit their needs while contributing directly to a positive buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers interested in new vehicles and provide detailed product information.
• Negotiate effectively and guide customers through the sales process to close deals.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide outstanding service and post-sale follow-up.
• Work with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Present vehicles and explain their features and benefits.
• Participate in promotional and marketing events to attract prospective customers.
• Use sales management tools to record customer interactions and track prospects and existing customers.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, persuasion, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented approach and willingness to develop in-depth product knowledge.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
