You will support client meetings, maintain accurate financial records, assist with insurance and investment workflows, and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Financial data management: Enter client financial information into planning software and keep records accurate and current.
• Meeting preparation: Prepare portfolio review meetings and support the primary advisor with reports and documentation.
• Meeting support and follow-up: Attend select client meetings as a secondary advisor, take comprehensive notes, complete meeting dictations, and track and execute action items.
• Client servicing: Handle routine administrative and service needs for servicing-only clients.
• Insurance applications: Manage insurance cases and applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Investment research: Gather product information and conduct preliminary analysis to support advisor recommendations.
• Operational workflows: Manage Advisor-Owned-Entity (AOE) processes and related administrative tasks.
• Relationship building: Develop and manage a growing roster of client relationships as a secondary point of contact.
• Team participation: Contribute actively to team collaboration and professional development.

Compensation and schedule

• Pay: $80,000 per year
