We are looking for a Bilingual Advisor & Data Processor to join our team and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities Handle 60–70 inbound calls per day (English & Spanish)Provide professional Bilingual Customer Service to patientsPerform accurate Data Entry and DocumentationSupport Medical Scheduling and Appointment CoordinationMaintain strong communication with U.S.-based clinical staffEnsure compliance with confidentiality and healthcare standards

Qualifications Advanced English proficiency (85%+ required)Previous experience in an English-speaking Call CenterStrong communication skills and patient-centered mindsetHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree or current university student (preferred)
