Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asistente de Importaciones y Exportaciones to join our team in Lima, Peru. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating logistics and transportation for import and export goods. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels. Prepare and process shipping documentation in accordance with regulations. Track shipments and communicate updates with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure compliance and timely delivery. Analyze shipping routes and propose improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory movements to support management reports. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain roles. Strong understanding of logistics software and inventory management tools. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. You will report directly to the Logistics Manager and work closely with sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations across all functions.
