This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment focused on efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating logistics and transportation for import and export shipments. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory. Prepare and process shipping documentation compliant with local and international regulations. Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure compliance and prompt delivery. Analyze shipping routes to recommend cost-saving and efficiency improvements. Maintain accurate transaction and inventory records to support management reporting. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain roles preferred. Proficiency with logistics software and inventory management tools. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Effective teamwork and clear communication abilities. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the Logistics Manager and work closely with sales, procurement, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
