Job Position: ASM / RSM
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
• 5 to 10 years.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) & manufacturing (FMCG).
• Those who have worked in sales in the Gazipur area will be given priority.
Responsibilities:
• Development & implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Identify new business opportunities & expand the customer base.
• Monitor sales performance & adjust strategies accordingly.
• Identify new markets & dealers, follow up accordingly.
• Lead, train & motivate the regional sales team.
• Prepare & submit sales reports, forecasts & analysis.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieving monthly sales & collection targets with/by Sales representatives.
• To set up new dealers & able to conduct their activities according to company rules.
• Achieving monthly sales & collection targets with/by Sales representatives.
• Monitor & increase Market growth.
• Reducing the rate of damage products.
