About the role

The Assistant Baker prepares quality baked goods while ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and consistency. Relevant training and experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality baked goods.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and consistency.
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
• Assist with product deliveries when needed, preferably with a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• High school graduate; vocational or culinary training in baking is an advantage.
• Experience as a baker or in a related food production role is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physically fit and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Good teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
• A valid driver's license and ability to assist with product deliveries are preferred.
