Assistant Cash Manager - Arkansas City, KS

Handerson robinson is hiring a full-time, on-site Assistant Cash Manager in Arkansas City, Kansas. In this role, you will support daily cash management, cash flow forecasting, reconciliations, and financial operations. You will work with the Cash Manager and colleagues across departments in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and help ensure accurate cash flow management.
• Support cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Investigate discrepancies and collaborate on improving cash management processes.
• Maintain cash transaction records and complete reconciliations.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage data and prepare cash flow and budget reports.
• Help develop internal controls and procedures that support accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with finance and other departments to support effective financial operations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant experience in cash management or finance.
• Strong cash management, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience in a financial role is preferred but not required.
• Finance or accounting certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Employment

Pay: $3,000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Arkansas City, Kansas. The Assistant Cash Manager reports to the Cash Manager.
