Assistant Guide

Seeking a patient, nurturing, and dependable individual to support Lead Guide and help create a calm, organized, Montessori-aligned environment for young children. Requirements include 1–2 years of experience working with young children, strong communication and organizational skills, interest in Montessori education, and willingness to work toward Colorado Group Lead qualification. Full-time position in Colorado Springs. Montessori experience is a plus, but a genuine love for supporting children is essential.
