Job description
Tasks
- wheat blending, cleaning, tempering, flour milling, record keeping, sanitation, planning, communication, and by product pelleting.
- Operate grain cleaning, tempering, and pelleting systems
- Follow blending instructions to achieve target protein specifications
- Monitor protein, dockage, and moisture levels and adjust processes as needed
- Complete required documentation according to standard operating procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve plant processes
- Manage terminal and tempering bin space
- Participate in milling-related training and professional development
- Maintain GMP, QAI, ISO, HACCP, and CCP standards through proper hygiene and sanitation practices
- Maintain a clean and safe work envi
