Assistant Project Manager

We’re partnered with a top-tier construction GC known for delivering $80M–$200M ground-up multifamily projects—and they’re bringing in APM-level talent with a goal of elevating them into PMs within 12–24 months. This role is open to current Project Engineers looking for promotion to an APM role OR a current APM that is focused on delivering excellent results and seeking elevation. Projects inside the beltway in VA and DC. Looking to engage and hire someone into this role in July.
