Responsibilities:Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution (settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial)Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and case analysis to support the case strategyCommunicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidanceParticipate in litigation, including depositions, hearings, and court appearancesNegotiate with insurance companies/opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
Requirements:A JD degree & admission to and good standing with the New York Bar1+ year of experience as an Associate Attorney (litigation experience not required)Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple casesAn ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bonus Experience:1+ year of personal injury experienceBilingual in Spanish
