Associate Client Services - Mandarin Speaking

We're looking for an Associate, Client Services to manage expert engagements from sourcing and outreach to vetting and scheduling. WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON • Source and identify subject matter experts based on client requirements • Conduct professional outreach through calls, email, and other channels • Assess expert backgrounds and relevance to client needs • Coordinate schedules and logistics between clients and experts • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Communicate with professionals and senior executives across industries • Maintain accurate project and expert records • Provide timely project updates and follow-ups • Meet individual and team KPIs for project execution and client service • Handle urgent requests and changing priorities while maintaining quality WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! • 0–36 months of relevant professional or internship experience • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent research and information-gathering abilities • Highly proactive, resourceful, and organized • Strong ownership and accountability • Comfortable working with KPIs, deadlines, and performance targets • Confident speaking with professionals and senior executives • Resilient, adaptable, and willing to learn BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN • Customer service, recruitment, sales, consulting, research, or account management • Client-facing or professional services roles CALL US NOW!
