About the role
Join Legalnova* as an ITLS Associate I, focusing on U.S. legal matters, including commercial and corporate issues. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Bogotá, Colombia, with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze U.S. law as it applies to specific cases.
- Provide legal guidance on commercial and corporate matters.
- Help prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Stay informed about changes to U.S. laws and regulations.
- Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent experience.
