Job description
About the role
T1 Energy Inc. is looking to hire an Associate, Investor Relations to support the execution of its investor relations strategy and serve as a key operational partner during earnings cycles, investor engagement, and market communications. The role works closely with the EVP, Investor Relations and partners cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant communication with the investment community. This is an early-career opportunity to gain exposure to public company reporting, capital markets, and executive-level communication.
Responsibilities
- Support quarterly and annual earnings preparation, including presentations, scripts, Q&A materials, press releases, and related disclosures.
- Analyze financial performance, operating metrics, analyst estimates, and peer trends to inform investor messaging.
- Coordinate investor and analyst meetings, conferences, and executive briefings; track and synthesize investor feedback.
- Maintain investor-facing materials, investor relations systems, and CRM databases.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure accurate, timely, and Regulation FD-compliant disclosures.
