Associate Manager People Manager Team Lead

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field; At least 1 year of leadership experience in a high-volume, client-facing environment; Proven experience directly managing at least 5 junior team members; Experience in sales, recruitment, staffing, BPO, client services, or similar environments; Proven experience managing employees against KPIs and targets; Experience with hiring, onboarding, or team development; Strong written and spoken English; Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills; Highly organized, accountable, proactive, and results-driven; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
