About Tetr College of BusinessAt Tetr, we are building a new kind of global business program where students learn by launching ventures, closing deals and operating businesses across markets like Dubai, Shanghai and Madrid. We believe the best business education happens in the field, not just in the classroom. Our curriculum is designed around real-world exposure, and our students graduate not just with degrees, but with deal experience.
As we scale our Masters program and expand our academic offerings, we are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial curriculum leader to define and deliver the student experience that sets Tetr apart.
Role OverviewThe Associate Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of the Gap Year Program. You will work closely with Program Managers, faculty, mentors, and students to ensure smooth program operations and a high-quality student experience.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with students, solving problems, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that things run seamlessly behind the scenes
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for students for day-to-day program-related queries.Build strong relationships with students and proactively identify concerns.Ensure timely resolution and escalation of student issues.Support initiatives to improve student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Maintain accurate academic records and student data.Coordinate class schedules, attendance tracking, and assessments.Coordinate with mentors, coaches, and students to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Support the execution of masterclasses, business immersions, networking events, and student activities.Coordinate logistics, communications, and stakeholder management for program events.Support the planning and execution of community-building initiatives, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.Work closely with hostel, welfare, and operations teams to ensure a positive student experience.
Requirements1–3 years of experience in Program Management, Student Success, Operations, Customer Success, Project Coordination, or a related field.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.Student-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.Willing and able to travel and stay with students during program terms when required.Prior experience in education, ed-tech, operations, hospitality, consulting, or startups is a plus.
