Job description
Tasks
- develop and bring up test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products.
Requirements
- 2–7 years of relevant Test Engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with Verigy 93k ATE (Advantest V93k SMT8) is strictly required.
- Experience with device characterization and debugging digital vectors (JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Mbist) across PVT.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics with a hands-on lab mindset.
- Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
