ATE Test Engineer

About the role

Work on Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal semiconductor products.

Partner directly with design engineering teams on first-silicon bring-up, characterization, and production release.

Tasks

• Develop and debug test programs on Teradyne J750 ATE platforms.
• Partner with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring-up, and production release.
• Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, and MBIST.
• Characterize devices across PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) conditions.
• Characterize RF, PMIC, and Mixed Signal IPs such as ADCs, DACs, and PLLs.
• Support yield improvement, test time reduction, and production release activities.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of semiconductor Test Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Teradyne J750 ATE is required.
• Experience with bench instrumentation for IC characterization.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
