Position Overview
The Athlete Recruitment Representative is responsible for identifying, connecting with, and recruiting high-potential athletes to join Elevex Sports. This role focuses on outreach, relationship building, pipeline development, and guiding prospective athletes and families through the initial stages of the Elevex process. The position plays a key role in growing Elevex’s athlete network and expanding opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities
• Identify and research high-potential athletes across assigned sports and regions
• Conduct outreach to athletes, parents, and coaches
• Build relationships and educate athletes about Elevex Sports services
• Qualify and evaluate prospective athletes
• Schedule calls and consultations for founder and athlete manager
• Maintain and grow athlete pipeline in CRM and tracking systems
• Attend events, showcases, and tournaments to identify talent
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Meet and exceed monthly recruitment and outreach goals
• Represent Elevex Sports professionally in all communications and interactions
