The firm represents an impressive client base ranging from national companies to established businesses and property owners.What You'll Do:Handle a variety of commercial and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.Draft and negotiate commercial and real estate agreements.Advise clients on complex legal issues and provide practical business-oriented solutions.Manage disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.Build strong client relationships while working closely with a collaborative legal team.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, real estate transactions, or a combination of these practice areas.Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.Ability to manage matters independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Florida Bar admission in good standing.
